We usually take 30 % from the sale price of your item.You can make the price as high or low as you want.If you offer E-tickets we don't charge you a dime and the customer have to pay only 5% pre-sale fee (unlike many other ticket sale agencies out there!).�

How can I sell E-tickets and how much do I have to pay for that?

We don't charge anything for the sale of e-tickets. The buyer have to pay a 5% pre-sale fee!If you organize a concert all you have to do is to create the tickets in the admin area "create new tickets" of your account. Just pick the month of the event and you got it.You can decide how many you can sell and the price of each ticket! The person who ordered a ticket, will reveive a automatically generazied code and also a barcode.The ticket sales will shut down automatically a couple days before the event. The concert organizer will receive a list with all the sold codes as a automatically generized PDF file and can then cross everybody from the list who has paid and shows up with the code. If a customer gives his or her code away he or she will be refused from entering the concert area. You have the possibility to add a widget onto your personal webpage or myspace page where people have the option to directely buy the tickets from that widget without even stepping onto our site. � � � � �

Standardm�ssig 30% vom Brutto-Verkaufspreis (inkl. 19% MwSt.) falls der Verk�ufer umsatzsteuerpflichtiger Unternehmer ist bzw.

30% vom Netto-preis (ohne MwSt.) falls Kleinunternhehmer oder Privatmann!

Den Verkaufspreis einens Produktes bzw. Mp3 legst Du selber fest.

Das Anbieten der Konzerttickets kostet gar nichts und der Kunde muss nur 5% Vorverkaufsgeb�hr daf�r entrichten.�

Ich kann nur einen Artikel in den Warenkorb legen.

Das liegt an Windows 7. Nach einem Reboot (Neustart des Computers) ist das Problem gel�st.

Oder warum bekomme ich neuerdings massiv Spam auf die E-mail-Adresse, die ich ausschliesslich f�r meine Bestellung in diesem Shop eingerichtet habe?Mir fallen dazu spontan zwei M�glichkeiten ein:

1. Jemand hat eure Kundendatenbank geklaut.

2. Ihr habt Emailadressen eurer Kunden verkauft.

beide Vermutungen sind falsch!!

zu 1) Die Kundendatenbank ist 3-fach verschl�sselt

zu 2)...sowas machen wir generell nicht!

Ich kann dir aber sagen wie die Spammer an die E-Mail-Adresse kamen.

Diese probieren bei allen Domains einfach s�mtliche m�glichen Buchstabenkombinationen vor dem @ durch und wenn dein Mailserver darauf antwortet, was er bei einer existierenden E-Mailadresse ja auch macht (sofern man den mailserver nicht anders konfiguriert, was ich z.B. bei unserem gemacht habe), wird die Mailadresse als g�ltig bei den Spammern markiert und der Spass geht los. Bei uns probieren die alle 2-3 Tagen die Mailadressen unserer Domains zu scannen. So was sieht man immer sch�n in den Logfiles. Und sobald die es probieren setzt man die scannende IP-Adresse, am besten automatisiert, auf eine Blacklist. Schau einfach deine Maillogfiles deines Servers an, dann siehst du was ich meine.
